Brad, the owner and Chris the Technician were consummate professionals. Brad even offered a few solutions to try and fix our HVAC issue over the phone on a Saturday night! No charge, just being a great business man and friend of the community. Additionally, the Technician, Chris, came and realized it was a short in a fuse that needed to be replaced and now our house again and more than a fair price! What a wonderful experience to know this kind of operation exists in today's world! B and D is the only place I will go for HVAC issues in the future and you should too!
